Qualcomm has officially announced the sales of its hardware kits based on Snapdragon 810, which includes smartphones and tablets.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 is a 64-bit single-chip platform, which includes an eight-processor cores Cortex A57 and Cortex A53 with a maximum clock frequency of 2.8 GHz and Adreno 430 graphics running at 650 MHz. SoC has support for memory LPDDR4 and LTE Cat 6/7 and is made of 20-nanometer process technology.
Reference smartphone based on Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 is equipped with 4 GB of RAM type LPDDR4, 32 GB of internal memory, expandable via MicroSD memory cards and two cameras: 13-megapixel main and 4-megapixel front. It has a 6.17-inch screen with a resolution of Quad HD (2560 x 1600 pixels) and 3020 mAh battery to support function fast charging Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0. The cost of the device is $ 799.
As for the reference tablet with Qualcomm Snapdragon 810, it is equipped with 10.1-inch screen with a resolution of 4K (3840 x 2160 pixels), 4 GB of RAM LPDDR4, 64 GB of memory (expandable via card MicroSD), as well as 13 megapixel main and 4-megapixel front camera. The tablet has a battery 7560 mAh, and will go on sale for $ 999.
