On New Year's holidays the Russian company MCST released a video , which shows the launch of a computer game RBDoom3-BFG updated edition of 2012 in FullHD resolution processor Elbrus-4C. New products based on microprocessor Elbrus-4C is available for order.    Unfortunately, at this stage, the opportunity to meet processor is available only to legal entities.  Actually, the trends themselves are focused on specialized application: available to purchase server Elbrus 4.4 and office PC ARM-401 Elbrus. The server-based Elbrus 4.4 is two configuration options (with one or two south bridges) of the four processors Elbrus-4C, clocked at 800 MHz and united under the scheme NUMA (non-uniform memory shared).  Staffing installed 48 GB of RAM, with the possibility of up to 384 GB , which has 12 slots DIMM DDR3 (ECC), the maximum effective frequency of memory at the same time - 1600 MHz.  The server is in the rack enclosure for installation in a standard 19 "rack height of 1U.  Peak performance is stated as 200 single-precision Gflops.  The role of the integrated graphics core performs GPU Silicon Motion SM718, equipped with 16 MB of video memory and connected to the bus PCI (video output - D-Sub, the resolution - up to 1920 x 1080). The disk system consists of one volume of 1TB HDD with interface SATA2.  It is allowed to expand to 4 (Elbrus-4.4 one south bridge) or 8 drives (Elbrus-4.4 with two south bridges), including with the construction for RAID-arrays. Office PC workstation Elbrus-401 made in the case MiniTower and much more modest in scope, but also pretty good: one processor Elbrus-4C, clocked at 800 MHz, nominally set to 24 GB of RAM (upgradeable to 94 GB, it is interesting, that another account says about the fact that nominally set not 24, but 12 GB) to the integrated graphics Silicon Motion SM718 (with the same characteristics as in the Elbrus-server 4.4, but also set DVI) added a separate graphics card AMD Radeon " Series 6000 "(what kind - is not specified).  The level of peak performance is claimed to be 50 Gflops. The disk system is represented by one HDD 3.5 "SATA2 volume of 500 GB drive and DVD-RW (also SATA2) Optionally, you can order a SSD of 128 GB, which is installed in an existing motherboard connector mSATA. It also has one more free SATA2. From external interfaces include Gigabit Ethernet, USB 2.0, RS-232. The software part is represented by the operating system "Elbrus", which is based on the  Linux, but at the same time claim to support OS-oriented platform Intel x86 / x86-64.  Separately, it emphasizes the ability to operate Windows XP (which is still the most common in the office equipment).
