Despite the fact that smart watches Apple Watch are equipped with OLED-display, Apple will not abandon the use of LTPS-screens in their smart phones iPhone. At least this is the opinion analyst at JP Morgan Nartsi Chang .
Our colleagues from AppleInsider received a copy of the new report Nartsi Chang, stating that Apple is not ready to abandon the use of LCDs in the iPhone in favor of OLED-displays. And the future smartphone Apple, conventionally referred to as the iPhone 7, will receive the usual LCD screen.
Apple has recently invested about $ 1.4 billion in Japan Display, making the Japanese manufacturer able to produce nearly 100 million 5-inch LTPS LCD panels a year.
